  • Is your company insured?
    Yes, we currently have insurance coverage of 5 million dollars per incident.
  • Can I extend my time with a car?
    Absolutely, you can extend the trip for an additional rate. Please let us know at your earliest convenience when you know you'll need the car for longer so we can get you the best rate based on your existing quote and agreement.
  • How well is Elite's fleet maintained?
    All preventive maintenance and detailing are performed onsite at Elite Limousine facility. Elite Limousine owns and operates our fleet from our 10,000-sq.-ft. facility designed specifically for ground transportation services. Our entire fleet is covered by 24/7 Personal Road Side Assistance Program.
  • How will I recognize your driver?
    Our driver will be at the gate area holding a sign with our company logo, your name or your company name. We will confirm our driver's identity at your request upon arrival.
  • I'm a wholesaler. Are you able to provide me with airport transfer rates for all of my clients?
    Yes, we have several wholesalers who can take advantage of our confidential group rates. Just inquire by e-mail or request a quote and we will be glad to give you the most competitive rate according to your volume.
  • Are your vehicles pet-friendly?
    Yes. Pets must be in a suitable traveling container prior to boarding our vehicles. No paperwork is necessary as long as your pet is properly secured.
  • Do you have private charters?!
    Yes! We offer tours by private charter, based on your group's needs and preference. From wine tours to trips to sporting events!
  • How many bags will fit per limo?
    We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. In case you have more than 6 bags, the chauffeur will place some of them on the front seat of the limousine. Our recommendation would be to order a passenger van or a second vehicle.
  • I'm planning to reserve for someone else, how can I do this?"
    You can provide us your company's information by phone 1-844-818-6073. As another option, you can prepay with your company's check. Just send the check at least 10 days before the date of the service. Your commission can be deducted from the total amount.
